The Targaryen Dragon Banner is a unique and powerful item in Bannerlord. It can only be obtained by completing a special quest, and it provides the player with a number of benefits, including increased morale and attack power.
To get the Targaryen Dragon Banner, the player must first find and speak to the NPC called “The Old Wizard.” The Old Wizard can be found in the tavern in the town of Veluca. Once the player has spoken to the Old Wizard, they will be given a quest to find three ancient dragon eggs. The eggs are located in three different dungeons: the Dragon’s Lair, the Wyrm’s Nest, and the Drake’s Den.
