Instagram’s “Following” list is a public record of all the accounts a user follows. While this can be a useful way to keep track of your favorite accounts, it can also be a privacy concern. If you’re worried about who can see your Following list, you can hide it from view.
To hide your Following list, open the Instagram app and tap on your profile picture in the bottom right corner. Then, tap on the “Edit Profile” button and scroll down to the “Privacy” section. Under “Following,” tap on the “Hide Following List” option and then tap on “Done.” Your Following list will now be hidden from view.
