To get Sylveon in Pokmon X, you will need to first catch an Eevee. Eevee can be found in the Santalune Forest, the Verdanturf Town, and the Friend Safari. Once you have caught an Eevee, you will need to raise its friendship level. You can do this by battling with Eevee, giving it berries, or petting it at the Pokmon Amie. Once Eevee’s friendship level is high enough, you will need to level it up while it knows a Fairy-type move. Eevee will then evolve into Sylveon.
